Art Outside…

I want to be able to use paint, make it accessible, to give it a relevance outside of a gallery or a wall, and to be an active part of who we are and how we live.

I dream of creating large painted marks that fix onto a transparent surface, that can be moulded to shapes and compositions and situated outside within communities. And if the public can be involved in its aesthetic, in its meaning, in its document, then the visual communication, the activity and sharing will have a greater outreach and understanding than if I had created a paint-ing kept inside.
