Playground

‘PlayGround’ is a natural progression of my work. I have linked the elements of safe spaces, joy, freeflow of ideas and learning, to become a powerful tool to connect displaced / poverty stricken / children, young people and families…to the possibilites of art, visual communication and expression.

By working together, we can create meaningful and personalised connections to art, using paint. We can create safe spaces for people to be and to play…spaces that are as exciting as you can get…and will give ownership and voice to the people that live there.

Not only can communities become self sufficient, not only can they have a say of how their environment looks, feels and its function…and a fresh understanding and connection to existing spsces, but I hope that people can consider visual expression as a powerful force to express identity, ideas, prescence, and being.
